Mr. Chambers and Ms. Betts will be working together until she assumes this position on July 1 of this year to ensure a smooth transition. Ms. Betts is the principal consultant of Bettstrategic Group, advising independent schools on marketing, strategic planning, benchmarking, and variety of other education issues. Previously, she was the head of Episcopal School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; academic dean at Marist School in Atlanta; and a department head and teacher at St. Mary's School in Memphis, Tennessee.
