Ben Emanuel spoke at the Oconee County Democratic Committee meeting last Thursday at Jittery Joe's in Watkinsville on St. Patrick's Day evening. The leader of the Oconee River Project led a far-ranging discussion about everything anyone wanted him to address about water and reservoirs in the area.
