As many of you already know, on Saturday, October 30th there will be a Democratic political Caravan touring the 10th District. Each county in the district has been asked to host a caravan stop.  The Oconee Democrats will host a caravan stop from 11:00 – 11:45 am. It will take place at the courthouse in Watkinsville. The candidates traveling with the caravan will include Russell Edwards, Keith Moffett, and Darryl Hicks. All the statewide candidates have been invited. No word yet on whether others will be participating.
Keith Moffett - candidate for PSC

Some committee members have volunteered to provide light refreshments and help set up. People who want to help please meet at the courthouse at 10:30 am. If you have something you'd like to contribute, please email me off the list serve so that I can tell you whether or nor it is already being provided.

The most important thing we need is bodies. This is an opportunity to show people that there are active and engaged Democrats in Oconee. Please make every effort to be there. It is only 45 minutes. I think the Farmers Market has been extended, so that gives you another reason to be in Watkinsville. Bring your family. Bring your friends.

I have attached the most recent Caravan notes as a MSWord file. Most questions you have can be answered by looking at that document.

Thanks!
