This is a training session where you leave with a fully worked-out plan and a date certain for implementation.

10:15 – 12:00 Descriptions of Possible Plans without Detailed Training
(could take less time and advance the rest of the day)
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch and Discussion within County Groups
1:00 – 1:15 Organize Training for Individual Counties (assign break-out rooms, etc.)
1:15 – 3:30 Training
3:30 – 4:00 Closing Speaker: Rashad Richey
Talk Radio Host and recent Political Director of the Georgia Democratic Party.
