 Today I received a flier from 10th District GOP congressional candidate Marc McCain sticking out of the flag of my mail box at my home in Morgan Manor Estates subdivision in Watkinsville, Evidently this is the first time McCain or his volunteers have canvassed because they should know it is illegal to place campaign literature in, on, or on top of any mail receptacle without proper postage affixed or otherwise using the United States Postal Services. You may place any campaign brochure or literature in the door of the residence, leave it on the porch, or just about anywhere except the mailbox. Campaigning 101 was evidently not taken by this volunteer. The USPS owns your mailbox, and is the only body that can place things in their legally (along with Amazon and the like).  Last night just after sunset I heard a knock on my door and it was a volunteer for Dr. Paul Broun asking if I wanted a flier from his campaign. Broun’s stance against GOP budget drives Senate race

It may take only ten business days or just a little longer, but that is when you can expect State Senator Bill Cowsert to make his official announcement for his intention to run for the Republican nomination for the 10th District Congressional seat left vacant when Paul Broun decided to run for the US Senate seat held currently by Saxby Chambliss. Cowsert sounded like he was running this morning on Tim Bryant's NewsMaker Monday as well as in the announcement he sent to Blake Giles of the Oconee Enterprise this afternoon. The only other announced candidates are a couple of extremists in John Douglass of Social Circle and a Tea Party activist from the Augusta area named Brian Slowinski. Rep. Paul Broun: fiscally conservative in both personal and professional life?

This was the beginning of the end for one recently deceased Scoutmaster Ernest P. Boland, who raped dozens of young Boy Scouts in the Athens area for at least the last thirty five years while hiding behind the cloak of Boy Scouts of America and the Beech Haven Baptist Church. His endorsement of Paul Broun here speaks volumes and anyone who seriously thinks Broun should be elected Senator should not be taken seriously except as a threat against society. The unvarnished truth about Boland was published posthumously about Boland this past Sunday in the Banner Herald. Time for some serious political collateral damage and the punishing of those who protect child rapists.
