Date: Mon, 11 Feb 2013 19:46:29 -0500 Figured I'd update folks…….after only a week on the market, I have a contract on my house! I don't want to jinx my good luck, but I couldn't be more pleased. Two competing offers were submitted on Saturday, and after a final deadline for "highest and best", I accepted an offer that was 5% above the list price. A very fortunate scenario that I never dreamed possible. So now I'm frantically looking for a new place! Thanks everyone for all the comments I've received on Farmington. It truly is a unique and beautiful home that I'm proud to have experienced. And I especially want to thank Scott Nichols, my realtor. He's been fantastic.
