Bobby Saxon calls on Congressman to refund taxpayer money ATHENS, GA – Bobby Saxon, Democratic nominee for the Georgia 10th Congressional District, calls on Congressman Paul Broun, Jr. to refund taxpayer money he wastefully spent on self promoting mailers. Bobby Saxon and family welcomed us to their Nicholson home Saturday to announce his campaign for Congress in Georgia's 10th district seat currently held by Dr. Paul Broun. Among the several Oconee County residents in attendance at his kick-off was his 1981 high school classmate Paula Nedza of the Oconee County government and chair Becky Vaughn.
