Water main break at Thrasher Dr. and White St. in Watkinsville Wednesday morning

At the corner of White Street and Thrasher Drive there is a water main break.  The Oconee County Utility Department is in the process of repairing.  Please avoid this area today if at all possible.  Thank you.   Julie A. Water main break in Watkinsville - boil water notice forthcoming

Water main break in Watkinsville - boil water notice coming.  Yesterday the fire hydrant was being purged on the north side of downtown during the sunny Super Sunday afternoon with Oconee County officials well aware.
