The application time frame is now closed and I have received more than 50 resumes for the position. I am in the process of reviewing each and every application with the idea of cutting them down to between 10-15 candidates that I intend to interview as soon as possible. After that round of interviews, I will cut the number down to about 5 finalists. I have formed a committee to review the final applicants and make a recommendation back to me of two people for consideration to be hired.
