The Oconee County Cycling Organization (OCCO), is officially incorporated with the State of Georgia! Our charter has been accepted and we are now a non profit organization in the state of Georgia recognized by the Secretary of State. Many thanks to the McKenna, Long and Aldridge Attorneys at Law in Atlanta for their pro bono work on our behalf. We have also applied for 501(c) 3, tax exempt status, that application is pending and we fully expect federal approval.
