OCAF to host picture frame sale on Sept. 24
The Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation in Watkinsville is holding a frame sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 24 in the School Street Studios building. More than 100 quality, gently used and repurposed frames in a variety of sizes will be available to purchase. Many frames are archival and include a mat, glass and backing board.
