Oconee BOE asking for early tax renewal 02/15/06

Usually it is a slam dunk for any Democrat to support a referendum on education, but this BOE is one that I have a real difficult time supporting given their lack of response to their public's concern about their not rehiring of Ean Sonnier and Karl Hwang 02/15/06

A deep wound waiting to be healed - restoring order and dignity in the city cemetery

Image
The Watkinsville City Cemetery is an oasis amidst the houses on the east side of the municipality, near the neighborhood once called Sidney. We won a state championship in football at OCHS when I was there because we made are kids bigger faster and stronger. OC is not our enemy nor is it who or what we are preparing our athletes for. My decision is about unity. My decision is about stepping up to play the Stephens Counties and the Hart coun...
