Her level of intoxication was the highest in a living person that a senior local police official had ever heard of. The 30-year-old woman was carried into the emergency room at St. Mary’s Hospital by an unidentified male who told a nurse he found the woman lying partially naked on the property of The Lodge at Athens on North Avenue, according to an Athens-Clarke County police report.
