A big thank you to all those who came out on Wednesday to get their fresh veggie and egg fix!  We will be open again this Saturday from 9 onwards (Wednesday we started running low around 1 and closing up around 2 - I imagine Saturday will be the same). And just in case you need an easy, last minute gift idea this holiday season - candied pecans make GREAT gifts!  Our good friend, Whitney, sent us a delicious recipe  to use with your Pasture of Rose Creek Pecans: INGREDIENTS:   4 c. pecans (from The Pastures of Rose Creek, where else???) 1 egg white (from a pasture raised, Rose Creek egg of course!)  2 tbsp water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar METHOD: Preheat oven to 250 Combine all ingred
