Random reasons I love living in Oconee County, Georgia

From time to time I like to reflect why I love living where I do, so the following is not in any particular order of why I live in Watkinsville, Georgia: Safe neighborhoods. We have had one major accident in 10 years here in Morgan Manor Estates, and only one instance of anyone getting anything ripped off that I am aware of. People mind their own business. I do not get many solicitors or religious fanatics coming door to door. When they do ring my doorbell they get a face full of pit bull terrier. When your dog runs away, it usually comes home. And you can usually find it if it is not too dark and late. Otherwise you wake up to a very cold, sore and groggy doggie. People aren't too judgmental, except about the crap you leave in your carport. I need to throw more stuff away and luckily my son has taken it upon himself to organize his various athletic endeavors.
