Oconee County, GA Politics

So many thanks to Pat Priest, Pat Adams, and Sarajane Love for coming out on a Saturday morning for an hour of picking up garbage on the Oconee Connector this morning. Found a pair of credit cards amongst the many cups, cigarette butts, and wrappers along both sides of the busy road. In case you want to join us, here is where we meet, right besides the QuikTrip: This is where we gather to pick up garbage along the Oconee Connector once a quarter. July 13 Reply-To: oconee@yahoogroups.com   Please don't forget the Oconee Democrats Adopt-a-Road project this Saturday morning, July 13, 9 a.m. Meet at the Barber Creek Fire Station on Mars Hill Road/Oconee Connector and bring work gloves. We've had a lot of rain lately, and no end in sight, but hopefully if there is a shower, it will be short and cool things off for us. If it looks like rain all morning, we'll postpone for a week, but I hope it won't come to that. Sarajane Love __._,_.___
