Graffiti tags near Elder Bridge causes letters to be written and photos to be taken. The following are letters from Angela Helwig and Bill Zorn that have been minimally edited. I am all for protecting Elder Mill Covered Bridge by all means necessary. Subject: RE: elder bridge EMERGENCY!!!!
