Registration deadline to vote in primary Monday

Georgians have just a few days left to register if they want to vote in next month's primary election. The deadline to register is Monday if people want to vote in the May 20 primary. Secretary of State Brian Kemp reminds Georgians they can use new electronic methods to register. Those with a valid state driver's license may access online registration through the " My Voter Page " on the Secretary of State's website. Android and Apple mobile users can now access the "GA Voter" application. Registration deadline to vote in primary Monday

Georgia GOP Senate hopefuls try to separate themselves

OK, GOP wolfpack, which one of you so-called small government conservatives will pledge to not take away my only government subsidy in my Affordable Care Act insurance and thereby not increase my taxes? Answer: none. All these weak Georgia GOP candidates claim they want to end Obamacare, therefore increasing your taxes, increasing your monthly insurance premiums, and taking away your affordable insurance opportunity. And let's not even talk about women's reproductive rights. Or voting rights. Or decriminalization of marijuana. Or alternative energy. Or corporate welfare. If you are essentially forced to vote in the GOP primary as I am in Oconee County to have any impact on the local elections, I would strongly suggest voting for anyone except Broun, Kingston, Handel, or Gingrey.
