Jerry Gonzalez, Jeannette Rankin Foundation, possible candidates, more at next Oconee (multi) County Democratic Committee gathering

We would like to humbly invite you to attend a decidedly "non-meeting" gathering of the Oconee County Democratic Committee with Democrats attending from Clarke, Oglethorpe, Greene and Barrow counties at the Ashford on Main - 7 South Main Street, Watkinsville, Georgia (next door to the Ashford Manor Bed and Breakfast) 7 to 8:30 pm at lovely palatial mansion on Main Street and Barnett Shoals (and Business 441 and State Route 15) in the heart of Watkinsville. Giving a brief non-partisan speech will be Jerry Gonzalez of the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials. Jeannette Rankin is a true American hero with roots buried deep in Oconee County. There is the historic marker near her round house basically across the street from the Oconee County Middle School near Butler's Crossing. Her foundation started supporting non-traditional female students with a no-strings-attached scholarship. This is always such an amazing and powerful force for women and men.
