Dave and Mario,  Thank you again, and again, for loaning Oconee Democrats your handsome Ashford on Main. new venue,

I counted almost 75 people who were there on June 20.  Hope all of them will bring friends, business meetings, and wedding celebration, back to you.
Thanks for making it so southern-ly beautiful that evening with all the magnolias every where--the scents and visuals were perfect!
Congratulations on becoming one of our Community Leader awardees too.  You two should get this award every year from ALL of Oconee County!
I hope you heard half the compliments I did that night, about the house and setting;  multiple and flattering.

Thanks to everyone of you for bringing wonderful goodies, and fellow Democrats, to Ashford on Main.  Everything was delicious, and plentiful.  I particularly enjoyed getting to know Democrats from our surrounding counties.
Special thanks to Patsy Harris for organizing us all.                  Thanks to our speakers, and congratulations to the community honorees.               And especially a "thank you" to our chair, Dan Matthews, for inviting the speakers and guests.                 Lovely, grateful appreciation to Dave Shearon and Mario Castro for loaning us the handsome, and beautifully decorated, Ashford on Main.
Each of you makes me even more proud to be a Democrat.   I felt I was meeting long lost friends.
How soon can we get together again?         PAT

Dan, Patsy, Ann, Robert, Margaret, Catherine, Rita, Sarajane, Diana, Wendy, Peggy, Patsy, Carolyn, Nancy, Linda, Eris, Thanks to each of you for your food and drink donations for our 6 County Democratic mtg at Ashford on Main on June 20th!  Without you and your enthusiasm we wouldn't have had any success, or fun.  Your donations were delish--course you know that--you saw how every person practically dived into the buffet, several times. Don't forget to personally thank the managers/owners ofZaxby's, Kumquat Mae, Krimson's, Barberitos, and Inoko'sfor their yummy sandwiches, chicken, sushi rolls, etc.  We so appreciate our local businesses, for their support.  Even better, please patronize these restaurants when  you're out.  NOW, I know who to call for great parties...........the DEMOCRATIC  PARTY.  Who else? Seriously we offered candidates, Democrats from Greene, Walton, Morgan, Clark, Barrow, community honorees, their spouses or partners, two sp…

Hello All!  Whoops!, these monday emails are going to take some getting used to...a little delayed - but here it is!

Happy Birthday, USA!
If the US is anything like my sister it will declare July it's birthday month and anticipate a steady shower of daily gifts.

Luckily for us, that is not the case.  I mean, what do you get a nation that's still in it's teenage years that it will fully appreciate?  She may be a teenager in nation years, but she is also, for most of us, our mother land - so do you go for a mother-y gift, like a hand made macaroni necklace? Or something more age appropriate, like a bedazzled iPhone?  Whatever it i…
