THE SIGN NEEDS DRIVERS!

Begin forwarded message: From: Patsy Harris < patsydudney@yahoo.com > Date: July 10, 2011 12:38:10 PM EDT To: undisclosed recipients: ; Subject: THE SIGN NEEDS DRIVERS! Hello Clarke, Morgan, Oglethorpe, and Oconee County Democrats! Check this out! One is a photo of Dan's new campaign sign, 20 feet long, and over ten feet high! The other file shows what is printed on both sides. I drove this Isuzu yesterday 40 miles around this district. Air conditioned, good radio, CD player. Drives so easily! The signs totally dwarf our opponent's little Ford truck signs. And we need more responsible drivers to take her for a spin! Can you pledge two, three, four hours during the next ten days to keep these signs in the voters' eyes and minds? Spreading out the driving time among more drivers would certainly make it easy and effective. Call Dan 706 372 1062 or me. We are democrats. Let's elect one! Coca-Cola - Press Center - Press Releases - Sprite Refreshes 21 Local Basketball Courts

Coca-Cola - Press Center - Press Releases - Sprite Refreshes 21 Local Basketball Courts I worked at Herman C. Micheal Park as a gym supervisor for the Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department from 1989 through 1994, even before I moved to live in Oconee County. I entered the crumbling outdoor basketball court of Herman C. Michael long before even being aware that Hank Huckaby was resigning or Melvin Davis was not going to run for his seat. I am very excited that the Sprite and Coca-Cola chose this outdoor court for a $35,000.00 grant to rebuild this court. I could go on and on about why this is needed: the least friendly "double" rims, no three-point line, cracks in the court surface, court surface falling apart on the sides, the list goes on and on. I am grateful that Whitney Byce, John Gentry, Lisa Davol, Tony Lathrup and all the other folks at the Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department are willing to accept this grant and make this park something we can be pro

Motivation for running for office

I am running for the Georgia House District 113th because I want to make this state a better place for my son. I want to make Highway 316 safe with T-SPLOST funds and not with tolls. I want to save the HOPE Scholarship for our students and have an income cap for eligibility requirements. I want to tighten tax loopholes on mega-corporations and end sweetheart deals for legislators. We need more transparent and ethical government business and no more good old boy back room dealings with public officials making money from the government land deals at inflated prices. It is time to restore honor and integrity with our elected officials. Please vote for Dan Matthews for House 113 Special Election Run Off either early this week 8-5 Monday through Friday at your county Board of Election office usually near your Courthouse or at the usual polling place Tuesday, July 19. I love driving to Bostwick and Crawford, to North High Shoals and Apalachee, to Bogart and Winterville. This is an amazing

Just one more week of early voting in the 113th Run Off - VOTE DAN MATTHEWS
