An opportunity to view film Carving Up Oconee

Image
Subject: opportunity to view film This was sent out by Melissa Piche and I agree with her that the film is worth seeing if you haven't already seen it.  Even if you have watching it again with a new audience and participating in the discussion afterwards might also be enlightening. I wanted to tell everyone that Celestia Sharp will be showing her film "Carving up Oconee" at the Oconee Library July 21st at 2:00. There will be a panel discussion after the showing of the Documentary. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend you take this opportunity to view it and meet and discuss the film and its pertinence to the current growth in Oconee County. This is a wonderful film and a great chance to meet Celestia. I was very enlightened by the experience.

I'm hoping that the film will spark some good discussions among the audience about issues important to Oconee County residents. More information about the film and the filmmaker and crew, as well as the main characters of the film, can be found on the film website at www.carvingupoconee.com . ...
