SPEAKER: DR. RICH CLARK, 
Ph.D. in Political Science and is a public service faculty member at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia.  Rich's expertise is in survey research methodology.  Before coming to UGA, Rich was a research Associate at the Roper Center for Pubic Opinion (the world's largest public opinion data archive) and he directed the Master's of Survey Research Program at the University of Connecticut. He currently serves as the president of the Southern Association for Public Opinion Research (SAPOR), a regional chapter of the American Association for Public Opinion Research.   He has studied and conducted polling for more than 10 years.
