City Council reads new beer and wine package sales ordinance for the third time

My biggest surprise was seeing whom the city has hired (?) on an interim basis (?) in one former Watkinsville resident Nicole Brooks coming back from Augusta to clerk in the wake of Julie Sanders ongoing illness. It was darling to see Nikki.
