Subject: [oconee] Valentines for a former president

Hello!

I produce a Saturday morning talk show (TRUE SOUTH) on News/Talk 1340
WGAU where we talk about important issues such as the Keystone XL
Pipeline, Citizens United, and . . . this past week, the really great
things Jimmy Carter accomplished as president.*

TRUE SOUTH is launching a Valentine's project, asking people to send
Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter a Valentine. We want the Carters to know how
much the people in this state -- and beyond -- admire and cherish them
before it's too late.

Here's the address:

The Carter Center
One Copenhill
453 Freedom Parkway
Atlanta, GA 30307

Let's celebrate the things Carter accomplished and those he TRIED to do.
(For example, he tried to get us to move toward energy efficiency and
renewable energy more than THIRTY years ago!)

Get out your construction paper or fire up Photoshop!

And please send this around to people who might want to participate!

Thanks!

Pat Priest
Executive Producer,
TRUE SOUTH
News/Talk 1340 WGAU
Saturdays at 10 AM
(and available by podcast and on demand)
