Just a reminder about the reception, Rutherford and I are hosting tonight, for
Steve Oppenheimer - candidate for the Georgia Public Service Commission, from
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the EcoManor, 348 Manor Ridge Rd, Atlanta (map).
Rutherford and I have known Steve for several years through our shared community activities. Whether it's been our mutual support of Georgia Interfaith Power & Light (GIPL), his community work with the Department of Energy program, Clean Cities Atlanta, or his involvement in the Better Buildings Challenge in downtown Atlanta, Steve has always been a hard worker and trustworthy leader.
If you haven't had a chance - read more about Steve here:
www.steveforgeorgia.com/about-steve/.
We need an independent, common sense voice on the PSC. As our next commissioner, Steve will fight for more clean energy like solar and wind and push for more energy-efficiency measures that will not only help reduce monthly power bills and save the environment, but also create thousands of new jobs.
A recent poll shows that
Steve, is in a dead-heat with the
incumbent Commissioner.
Hope you can join us tonight,
Laura and Rutherford Seydel
P.S. If you cannot join us on
tonight please check out Steve's website and
make as generous a contribution as possible to his campaign. Supporting Steve Oppenheimer is too important an opportunity to miss!
