Greetings,
Please join us this week for the Oconee Farmers Market in downtown Watkinsville. This week our vendors will be bringing okra, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, squash and zucchini, fresh, dried and dehydrated Shiitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, jams, jellies, local wildflower honey, sourwood honey, honey butter, pecan honey butter, iced, plain and pumpkin poundcakes, vegetable quiche, Asian cookies and teas, Indian inspired foods, empanadas, lemonade, boiled and fried peanuts, beef jerky and more! We will also have a full line of meat products including beef, chicken, pork and back this week is ground lamb. Also available will be natural compost, mealworms, feathers for crafting, vegetarian cat and dog treats, Lampwork beads, horseshoe nail pendants and other jewelry including earrings and bracelets, knitted and fleece scarves, hand crocheted bags, recycled shopping bags, decorated gourds, handmade soaps, jar gifts including beer bread mixes, cake and soup mixes, soy candles, beeswax candles, handcrafted lipbalms, bath salts, etc.
We will again enjoy the sounds of Will James and as always COFFEE AND ICE WATER are free.
Just a reminder that the Oconee Farmers Market will be open on Fall Festival Saturday(Oct. 20th) and will have music until 3 pm.
