OK, I'll admit it, next month I will get my very first Social Security Check! Yippee! I think.
Just so happens that the Oglethorpe Democrats are going to have the perfect speaker for me and so very many of you at their next meeting, next Thursday, March 28.
Here's the announcement from their Chairman, Janet Hill:
Concerned about the future of Social Security and Medicare?

Mr. Sherman was the Southeast Regional Commissioner to the Social Security Administration (SSA) for twenty years until his retirement. NCPSSM's mission is to protect, preserve, promote, and ensure the financial security, health, and the well being of current and future generations of maturing Americans.
