"Crews will close the east-west segment of Mars Hill Road from Old Mars Hill Road to the Oconee Connector/Daniell's Bridge Road at 9 p.m. this Friday and it will stay closed around the clock to 5 a.m. Monday. As part of the project, a new bridge will be built over Barber Creek, replacing the existing bridge was built in 1944.
