Athens area Democratic Party meetup at Borders tomorrow

I can not think of a better way to commemorate the anniversary of Katrina by battling against Republican corruption, cronyism and incompetence. State Representative Bob Smith is already playing the gay card in trying scare up redneck homophobic frenzy and furor against Becky Vaughn.

Instead, go check out her new website http://www.beckyvaughn.org or go to this meeting or perhaps the Doug McKillip fundraiser at the Taylor-Grady House 5 to 7 Tuesday evening featuring former Governor Roy Barnes.

Your Organizer, Jacob Cole, sent the following message to the
members of The Athens Democratic Party Meetup Group:

I'd just like to remind everyone that the first meeting of the
Athens Democratic Party Meetup Group is tomorrow, 7:30 PM at
Borders Books & Music on Alps Rd. If you can make it, we'd love
to see you there.

Just a quick automated reminder that The Athens Democratic
Party Meetup Group has a Meetup tomorrow and you said you'd be
there!

What: The Athens Democratic Party First Meetup

When: Tuesday, August 29 at 7:30PM

Who: At least 5 Democrats

Where: Border Books & Music
196 Alps Rd (Cafe)
Athens GA 30606
706-583-8647

Event Description:
This will be the very first Meetup for newly reformed Athens
Democratic Party Meetup Group!

I'd like to use the time for us to get to know one another and
chart a long-term course for the group, including efforts to
unite the meetup group with the Athens-Clarke Dem Committee and
the Young Dems.

The tentative location for this meetup is Borders Books and
Music in the Beechwood Shopping Center. We will set a definite
location at least a week in advance of the meetup.
