Greetings and Salutations!

We're so happy to announce that the annual Ashford Manor Concerts on the
Lawn Series is just under a week away from getting started! We've put
together an exciting and diverse line-up for 2009 and we are looking
forward to seeing all of our friends, new and old, next Monday for our
first of nine concerts! Please take a moment to read through this email, as
we have a lot of important information to help aid you in your pursuit of
another fantastic time under the stars with the best local and regional
music Georgia has to offer. We have a brand new website at
www.amconcerts.com with more information then you could possibly need! Be
sure to stop by and check it all out, including online ticket sales,
weather updates, band information, and how to order food from our favorite
local eateries to help make your experience that much more special!

On Monday, May 25th, we come together to celebrate Memorial Day with the
sweet sounds of The Packway Handle Band. If you haven't seen Packway, then
don't miss this opportunity. Packway Handle Band is one of Georgia's
premiere bluegrass acts and we are elated to have them kick off the series.
The Packway Handle Band has emerged at the national forefront of bands that
use this "gather around the mic" style. PHB's second full length
record "(Sinner) You Better Get Ready" was recorded this way. Theirs is
not a mission to preserve historical styles—it's just how they do what
they do the best. And what they do best is rooted in thought provoking
songwriting, clever choice and arrangement of bluegrass traditionals, and
totally unexpected covers, all delivered with a crackling energy.

GET YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE!
Tickets are now available in advance online through our brand new ticketing
site. Adult tickets are $15.00, tickets for children under 12 are $5.00, and
children under the age 6 can come in for free! If you're a student, be sure
to bring a valid I.D. and receive a $3.00 discount! At any point during the
concert series, you can also buy season passes online at a friendly
discount. To order tickets in advance online, please visit our ticketing
site at: http://www.inticketing.com/evlist.php?events=search&v=6321

Tickets will still be available at the gate, payable by cash, check, or
charge.

2009 SCHEDULE
We'll be featuring an opening act on each night of the concert series this
year, so gates will open a little bit earlier this year providing ample
time to get comfy on the lawn. Gates open at 5:30PM, our opening acts will
start promptly at 6:00PM, with our headlining act following at 7:00PM.
Concerts will still end at 9:00PM each night.
