Republicans launch anti-Barnes Web site || OnlineAthens.com
Could the Republicans be somewhat hypocritical with the "No Royalty" tag on Roy Barnes? Just ask those who paid for it. That would be the Georgia GOP.
It would be somewhat typical of the bizarro world of Georgia politics if Carol Porter's press conference this morning about the possibility of her running with her husband DuBose Porter on a husband and wife ticket could really catch fire and propel them to the Governor's mansion instead.
I will never take anything for granted again in the weird world of wrestling known as political hucksterism and taking aim at your opponent perhaps prematurely. It does not cost that much to get a website up and running these days, and I applaud the continued waste of bandwidth and resources by the State Republican party. That is somewhat symbolic as well. The article does not feature a functioning link and I somehow forgot to add it this morning myself.
