Another vehicle versus bicycle pack terrorism in Oconee County

This is awful and I hope we can figure out the alleged humans who attempted these three attacks in our front yards. This is from Facebook:

Cycling friends be careful out there. Note from yesterday.
Alert for Oconee County: Today on Elder Road, halfway between New High Shoals and Highway 53 (Hog Mountain Road) at approximately 2:30 pm, a dark maroon, recent edition, 2 door Chevrolet Silverado with partial license plate believed to be “3512-AM_ _” intentionally attempted to harm four road bikers traveling in a group. The truck honked continuously while passing and then nearly hit the front rider. The truck then proceeded 30 meters ahead and slammed on its brakes, skidding in the process. The truck then shifted into reverse, the tires peeled against the pavement and tried to hit the riders while in reverse. The truck then skidded for the third time to a stop. The driver again put the truck into gear, the tires again peeled out and attempted to hit the riders for a third time. The truck also had a “North Oconee” sticker in its rear window. Fortunately, the riders are safe and their bikes are undamaged, though the truck did manage to hit a glancing blow to a rear bike tire of one of the riders. Obviously, this is a person to be avoided, if he passes please be prepared to stay out of his way. The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office dispatched two vehicles to the scene of the incident. If you have any information on this vehicle or person, please contact the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office (864) 638-4111.
