Dan,
Mark your calendar: Thursday March 8, 2012 will be a meeting
sponsored by the Oconee County Cycling Organization at 7:00pm at the
Oconee County Library. This will be both an informational meeting as
well as an opportunity for you to contribute to the organization.
Some of the opportunities we will be discussing include:
• We are looking for 2-4 individuals to serve on the Board of Directors of OCCO
• We need volunteers for the 2012 Tour d'Oconee bike ride
• We need volunteers to serve on various OCCO committees
Details on each will be described at the meeting. We will also be
recapping much of the good work that has been accomplished over the
last year and are looking for ideas from you to help us continue to
create a culture of cycling in Oconee County.
If you are interested in a board position, volunteering at the Tour
d'Oconee, or serving on a committee and aren't able to make the
meeting, please email info@oconeecyling.org and we will be in contact
with you.
Many thanks,
Brett Haslam
President, OCCO Inc.
Sincerely,
Dan MatthewsTo: danmatt@hotmail.com
