Greetings-
Please join us on Saturday at the Oconee Farmers Market for an abundance of fresh produce and other market items. This week our vendors will be bringing Silver Queen corn, more tomatoes, okra, squash, peppers, eggplant, shiitake mushrooms, free range eggs, lamb, 100% grass fed beef with samples, boiled and fried peanuts, jams, jellies, local wildflower honey and fresh cut flowers. There will also be plenty of home baked goods-breads, fig bars, plain and iced poundcakes, whole and fried pies, cupcakes, muffins, empanadas, vegetable quiche and more. You will also be able to purchase delicious chicken wrap lunch boxes. Not forgetting our four legged friends, you can find vegetarian dog, cat (and goat) treats and meal worms. Also natural compost, parrot and dove feathers for crafts, decorated gourds, jewelry made from recycled items, hand blown glass beads, handmade soaps, Shea butter, hand crafted lipbalms, beeswax candles, hanging baskets and dish gardens.
As always COFFEE AND ICE WATER ARE FREE and don't worry if it rains, it has the last 3 Saturdays.
Hope to see you Saturday.
