Happy Friday and welcome to the weekend!

Farm News

Will took 3 cows to process this past Sunday, so should have our freezers restocked with all of your favorite cuts in time for UGA vs. Clemson!

Featured Cut

This week's featured cut is the Sirloin steak. The sirloin is a boneless, versatile steak that comes from the back mid-section of the animal, called - you guessed it -  the loin. The sirloin, while naturally lean, lacks nothing in flavor. When you purchase this cut, your dinner options are endless. The Ninja of beef cuts -  it can be tossed on the grill, made into kebabs, or used in a stir fry or soup.
