Farm News
We have 90 new chicks - a mix of Barred Rocks, Red Stars, and Rhode Island Reds that have now entered into the "teenage phase" of development - that is to say that they love texting their friends, but haven't begun laying eggs for us yet! This group will help us compensate for the general decline we have been experiencing due to predator attacks and the simple fact that some of our lovely ladies are aging and thus laying less frequently.
For anyone interested in purchasing a quarter, half, or whole cow we still have spaces left. As you already know from last week's email, we have two cows that we will be taking in to be processed at UGA October 6th. Send us an email if you would like more information!

Where to find us...
- Athens Farmers Market - Come see us at Bishop Park from 8am to 12pm. We will have our wonderful Piedmontese grass-fed beef fresh, free-range eggs, and dog treats for sale!
- Oconee Farmers Market - Find us in Downtown Watkinsville by the Court House from 8am to 1pm. Our Piedmontese grass-fed beef, free-range eggs, and dog treats will be for sale!
- Wednesday Athens Farmers Market - We'll be at the parking lot next to Creature Comforts Brewing Company, 271 W Hancock Avenue, from 4pm - 7pm! We'll have eggs and grass-fed beef!
- Sunday Farm Stand - Come visit us here at the farm between 2pm and 4pm this Sunday. This week's Gold Club Deal is a glass of complimentary lemonade with a visit to the farm stand - hope to see you there!
