The Pastures of Rose Creek

Despite the wicked weather we have been having lately, the fields are finally starting to turn green! The official first day of spring is a little less than a month away but it is great to see life sprouting up on the farm! Currently, we have 14 baby calves on farm which puts us about 1/4th of the way done. So far, absolutely no complications and just a bunch of clumsy, happy babies! If you happen to come out to the Farm Stand Sunday, you might just catch a glimpse of them!

Sunday Special!

Buy two Ribeye Steaks and get a free pound of ground beef!

Where to find us during the off season...

  • Athens Locally Grown - Order our beef online at http://athens.locallygrown.net/ starting Sunday evening thru Tuesday at 8 pm. Pickup is Thursday from 4:30 to 8pm at Ben's Bikes (670 W. Broad Street)!
  • Sunday Farm Stand - Come by the farm stand 2pm to 4pm on Sundays and get some fresh eggs and delicious beef - plus pork! We are at 1051 Rose Creek Drive, Watkinsville! Be on the look out for the signs on Colham Ferry Road!
